You are very correct. I was on the same thought process about the goings on, and would sympathize with your outlook Viltris. As it stands though, they are not officially a part of the US Army. They were working as a part of coalition forces at the very least I believe, at most they were merely contracted to work there.

The fact that they are formal military soldiers SHOULD prevent them from striking, you're right. In spite of that, they did in fact strike. The repercussions were as follows.

-All members of the group striking were immediately arrested.
-Their were handcuffed and all military equipment was taken.
-They were restricted to an enclosed space and under armed guard.

After that I'm not sure exactly what happened to them. I presume they were deported back to Uganda or another Allied state (Kuwait). All in all I think it's messed up that they just went on strike when they were supposed to be watching our back. Instead they conveniently throw up their arms and say "Ef it."
