I dunno, I thought Street Fighter 4 played exactly the same as Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix with the addition of Super (Ultra?) moves?
Also, strictly speaking, Street Fighter 4 is still a 2D fighting game. It just has 3D graphics. And character designs that look like they've been taking steroids for the last 8 years.
