Don't feel bad about it though, we've been doing this a while. And to boot, we've got good RPers on this one and it just keeps adding up. It's hard enough to keep up with it sometimes! You just gotta stay on. In this thread, in a couple of place, I actually started writing summaries for each character. I think... maybe on page 7? Not sure. Look around. It's all good, rich stuff.

While it would probably be better off for me to read the story myself, I can't summarize things to save my life, and my ability to pick important details from a paragraph are practically non-existant (ask any of my english teachers.) If you can give me a basic plot summary of what's happened up to now, and where I could fit in a character, I could probably BS something up. I realize that half the time I write about average for all that whenever I come up with a backstory for one of my ideas I usually have.

Well, here's the dealie: I can't exactly summarize this story tonight. I might try to some other time, God knows I've been wanting to. But as it is, the thing is 170 pages in Word with 10 size font and .5 margins all around. That means a lot of text fits onto the page...

I would LOVE for more active writers, of course, but I can't exactly allow someone who hasn't read much of the story to jump right in. I would like to, ja, but it would only hinder things, as there has been much that has been established- rules to the worlds, character transformations and relations, new non-player characters introduced, etc...

Might want to go a bit far back this story started while I was MIA and I sorta got bits and pieces for me prolly back to my last post.

Okey dokey... I'm taking a small break from Neverwinter Nights, and I finally finished up that homework that's been piling up, heh... so lemme' see.

Basically you need to know that Metatron tainted an army of Kunai from Leili. He's looking for Celestia and an Orb (carried by Rosch). Paul Crimson (captain of the Dagger-Grin Pirate Ring) and Pyriron (leader of the Cult of Shards) are joining together in an attempt to fight against Metatron. Pyriron had to retrieve a powerful dagger for Paul Crimson before the pirate would help him though... despite the fact that they are half-brothers. Dimetricus and crew help Pyriron achieve this item, and also manage to power up their Bloodline Echoes when they visit the Vital Island in the Midnight Realm. They meet a new character there, Daileen, who is an ally of Pyriron.

Now there's a side quest to destroy the Dragons--the most powerful beings of Magic--so that they may be put to rest from this Midnight Realm which tears at them and so that their power does not fall into the hands of Metatron. The Ice, Light, and Wind Dragons have been defeated. Their powers are now harbored within weapons held by different characters. The Ice Dragon's Tooth, held by Dimetricus, became active and turned Graver into an Ice Dragon incarnate. Graver travelled to the Midnight Realm and met up with The Earth Dragon, who was thus-far not harmed by the Midnight Realm. They are joined together now to put up their fight. The Dragons to remain and be needing destroyed are: Fire and Dark. The Dark Dragon, however, is atop Castle Boundfate, which is the base of operations for Metatron, and is under Metatron's control. It is only by luck that Metatron does not know that the Dragon can be used in many more ways than as a simple guardian. See, Dragons, being so connected to Magic, are the only things able to live upon the Midnight Realm and use Magic without it being consumed. It is important that Metatron does not find out that he could use the Magic of the Dark Dragon, as he would become even more powerful.

Nowwww... Gaise and Althea have been travelling around with Yukori, Vandros' former slave. They bumped into Aieko and T'sao. Aieko has a book that is of some interest to Gaise's group.

Uhm... and most recently Kira defeated the Wind Dragon and joined back up with Dimetricus and crew after a grizzly fight with Grant, the BUFF Midnight Walker dude. They killed him... so another one bites the dust. Yeah, you all should read my last post about that though. You *should* read everything, but ah well. It's all about the Dragon stuff, and is all about when Graver actually turns into the Ice Dragon for the first time. The Earth Dragon is called Almorzinthakkin. AL-more-ZIN-tha-KIN. Yup. And the Ice Dragon is Amgbror. Am-guh-BROR!

But also, before ya know it, Vandros appears and steals his sister, Celestia away. Sareth jumps into the portal created by Vandros before it shuts, and we know nothing more of thier fates. Now with crybaby's last post, Dimetricus stays behind at Mt. Oriax, where San-Meo and his people are preparing to relocate to a new safe-haven, as Vandros has discovered this one. They suspect Vandros will attack them soon, so they leave with haste. Dimetricus and Kira stay behind though... in wait of the Midnight Walker... desiring to rescue their friends.

And I think that's all there is that is really needing to be known. If you have any questions, or if anyone would like to contribute to the efforts of a pathetic summary, please do ask or add in!

There are two artifacts of great importance now: the orb and the book. Both are desired by certain parites, for yet undetermined reasons. Huah. I think I might post again soon. Well, it seems that when Metatron and the Kunai army attacked Orchid, that when they confronted Rosch, he didn't have the Orb, and he didn't know where it was either. So... we'll only have to guess... unless something happened to it that I didn't notice. You can go on without him, sure. Why would you need him to post? :P

OKay... I have to make I'm even possibly doing okay. Can I say that the Fire Dragon is within the Midnight Planes?? Is each dragon sentient like the one in Crybaby's post? Note I only read bits and pieces of hers and yours.

Yeah, all the Dragons are trapped in the Midnight realm, and they are all alive and stuff. The Earth Dragon was in hibernation, see, so he was unharmed by the Magic-consuming ravages that turned the Ice and Wind dragons into almost undead-like things.

Well it's a history book and I'm still plotting what exactly's in it (Naturally, I need to toss in a plot twist with that booger that's been causing me so many damned problems...). But I think I can manage something. Kristin's last post pretty much destroyed the one I had been working on before but that's ok...I can flex a bit...hehe...

I do believe that he is now... a captive of Metatron, along with Arkanis (Lion Heart) and Sareth (Void). What we can do is arrange for Dimetricus and crew to rescue him, or help in his own escape plan, since I'm pretty sure we can head that way quick-like. It'd be cool if you jumped back into this. Just had my graduation ceremony and party... all done with high school. So!

Well, actually, we're going pretty slow. But everyone is out doing their own thing. Mike was just out on vaca seeing Kristin, and I was finishing high school--but now we're both back. I am pretty sure that Void and Lion Heart are all gone for good now. But yeah... lil' summary thing... let's see...

Metatron, the main enemy Midnight Walker, corrupted the Kunai of Gashclimb mountain and are serving as his army now. He is looking for a small orb (in the hands of an NPC named Roque now) and a book (in the hands of Aieko). He seeks supreme domination of the Midnight Realm and then using it, the dominance of Dagger-Tooth. The mainland of Mikaia is consumed, within the Midnight Realm (you prolly were still around to hear about that stuff) and... he is unable to find them as yet. A few of the Dragons--being creatures of pure magic--have revived and come back to fight against Metatron, while some were not able to be saved, and had to be slain. The Dark Dragon is slain, and is made into a powerful weapon in use by Metatron. It is now worried by many that he is unstoppable. But we have hope--in the orb and book. An unknown ally. Perhaps a goddess, or someone of great power.

Dimetricus and Kira are in Orchid. They are talking to Pyriron and trying to get allies in the fight against Metatron. Dimetricus killed Paul Crimson... yadda yadda...

Gaise, Althea, and Dove are going to meet with some vampire dudes in the Midnight Realm, vampires being of magic themselves.

SPEAKING OF WHICH, MIKE!! I think that the allies Pyriron spoke of in Crybaby's post should be the vampires. I mean, if we can both contact the vampires in that way, then we can be connected again. It'd be cool anyhow. If we can navigate working with them, ya know? Since Vampires are of a darker nature, and likely would only help us in order to regain their previous control of the Midnight Realm. So... I think that about covers it for ya, Roku. Marko, like I said before, is captive of Metatron... and actually, now that I think about it, perhaps the Dragons fighting against him could go to the prisoners' rescue--in a sectretive way, since they don't want to confront Metatron yet.

Give it another check, Gaise, Althea, Tsao and Miryelle (kiyo-chan's, can't remember her actual name but I do remember the one she told him as a lie, lol...no there it is, Aieko) are visiting the vampires for a foothold on how to reclaim the book, how it'll help the both of them and redeeming Dove, whom is still under Vandros' echos control.

I'll have to check through but it doesn't sound too bad. I'm kinda writing one up myself now. Kinda as in kinda writing, kinda watching Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex and reading 'Japanese Tales' ^_-

Though worry not, it may even add to my soon-coming writing...or something. Yes.

It's cool, I know what you mean... I had to read a lot of the backstory to get back into it all, but I'm glad I did and I'm all set with a good direction for the story to go.

Yes, I'm still here..sort of, I'm real sorry for my absence lately. I am going to try to read as much as possible as soon as possible before I make my next post since everythign at this point seems a bit confusing to me. :/

Now I know I'm not the biggest fan of doing this but eh, such is life. Here to say I'm still here...somewhere. Been moving up north and such fun so things have been hectic for one. I had half a post written up in the states on a cd but I've no idea where any of my cds or even dvds are now since they're all packed away in boxes, lol. Just a thought it might be bout the time it could do with wrapping up as Sev had suggested a lil bit back. I've got something in my head just to wrap up our end nicely enough then go with whatever works as I think it's kinda been lost to people.

Yeah I was meaning to say to you if you wanted to go with it you should just run with whatever you had planned to wrap it up. Lemme know if you think we should just archive it now but I think things where all too weird an broken up for me to get a complete idea of what I'd wrap up that area with, or if at this point anyone would still follow and/or understand it, lol. Thought best to leave to your hand overall. Either way's cool, has been an amusing run while it lasted an was definetly good to see you back with us. Just wanting to be sure you don't want to give it that final mark first.
